| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等从职业、专业及专业化的概念解读入手,重新审视了何为＂高校体育教师专业化＂,并对当前高校体育教师专业化分为职前教育、入职教育、职后培训的三段论提出了质疑。然后,从风险管理的视角分析了当前高校体育教师专业化中存在的风险及其产生的原因,并提出了相应的解决策略。

| Abstract: | Start from vocation,profession and professional concept by using the method of documentation,expert interview and logical analysis,re-examine what is ＂college PE teachers＇ specialization＂ step by step,and questioned about syllogistic of the current college PE teachers＇ specialization into pre-service education,induction education and post-career training.Then,analysised current college PE teachers＇ specialization of risks and causes,and put forward the corresponding solutions. |
