| 摘 要： | 文章分析了新时期运动人体科学人才培养面临的挑战。围绕培养素质高、能力强、知识及职业迁移能力强的人才,提出了新的专业人才培养方案。并据此方案,建立与之适应的课程设置、教材建设、教学方法、实践环节,以期为培养新时期运动人体科学人才提供参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors depict the current challenges in cultivating talents of sports human science,proposing the scheme on how to foster the talents who can apply their professional knowledge into practice.Accordingly the authors advance the specific strategies concerning the curricula,teaching materials,teaching methods and implementation of the scheme. |
