| 摘 要： | 新的体育教学大纲引起了人们对于学校体育的功能定位和体育与健康问题的高度关注。从文化哲学和社会心理的角度对我国传统的体育观和现代以“人”为本的教学指导思想进行了分析比较，探讨了体育与健康，人文体育与健康教育的关系，阐述了树立人文体育观在开展体育与健康课程方面的重要作用及其对策。

| Abstract: | New PE teaching outline brings great attention of the public to orientation of physical education's function and the relationship between PF, and health. On basis of cultural philosophy and social psychology, the paper analyzes and compares with the opinion of our country's traditional PE and the teaching guidance idea of modern humanism, discusses the relationship between PE and health, humanism physical culture and health education, and explains the important function and tactics of erecting the opinion of humanism physical culture when we develop the curriculum of PE and health. |
