| 摘 要： | 针对体育技术课教学手段落后的现状，应用多媒体技术和多媒体创作工具，研制了交互性强，集动画、图片、影像、声音、字于一体，符合普通高校健美操课要求的多媒体CAI教学课件。具体介绍了健美操选项课的设计与制作方法，提出了健美操CAI课件对健美操教学的影响，为将多媒体CAI系统引入到整个体育教学，提供示范与借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the design and development of a CAT software on aerobics exercises by the application of modern multi - media technology. The development of this software is due to the demand of the current situations in aerobics courses, and to some extent improves the backward of teaching means in PE courses. The software is quite interactive, which compounds pictures, sounds, flash and captions as well. The author further points out in the article that the great impact of the software will be drawn on the comprehensive teaching of aerobics exercises. The development and application of the software will set a good example for the complete implement of CAI system is the thorough teaching of PE courses. |
