摘    要:对随机选取的研究对象在逐级递增负荷运动条件下,同步测定其通气阈和心率阈,目的在于通过对不同耐力水平者的测试结果比较分析与评价,以期对耐力性项目的训练尤其是基层训练或训练水平相对较低的运动员训练给予指导.研究结果表明,摄氧量、心率与采用计算机EXCEL电子表格的绘图功能与人工判别相结合的方法可以有效获得在标准递增负荷运动中的心率阈和通气阈;通气阈与心率阈之间有较好的一致性,且具有显著的相关性;有耐力训练者的心率阈值显著低与无耐力训练者,但对应的阈值跑速却显著高于无耐力训练者;不同耐力水平受试者的最大摄氧量和通气阈值之间没有显著差异,但通气阈占最大摄氧量的百分比却是有训练者低.

Abstract:Through analysing and evaluating the test results, we hope to offer some guidance to endurance training, especially to primary level training. This study indicates that VT and HRT can be achieved efficiently by the means of plot in EXCEL and artificial estimate; VT is accord with HRT, and they have significant rela- tivity; the HRT of trained testers were lower than untrained, but obverse speed was higher; their VO2max and VT have no significant differentness, but trained testers had lower percent of VT dividing VO2 max.
