| 摘 要： | 随着生活水平的提高和社会的发展进步,女性休闲得到了很大的发展,但仍存在影响女性参与休闲活动的因素。通过文献分析的方式,探讨休闲活动对职业女性的重要性,提出推广职业女性休闲的具体方法,对提升职业女性生活品质起到很好的推动作用。
