摘    要:反思性教学是指教师对自身的教学行为和教学观念进行系统的观察、分析和反思,从而改进课堂教学,提高教学效果。反思性教学具有鲜明的理论基础以及巨大的优势,在运动解剖学教学实践中,教师应掌握反恩性教学理论,不断地进行教学反思,在反思中发展自身的创新意识,形成自己独特的教学风格,以适应新时代教学的需要。

Abstract:Reflective teaching is that concept carries out systematic observation,analysis and self-examination oneself teaching behavior and teaching,thereby,improves classroom teaching,raises teaching result point to a teacher.Rethink have the distinct rationale and gigantic nature teaching advantage profoundly.In motion anatomy teaching practice,the teacher should grasp reflective teaching,the teaching being in progress unceasingly is rethought profoundly,is develops oneself the mental consciousness being innovative in the self-examination,is forms self unique teaching style,to adapt to new era teaching need.
