| 摘 要： | 长期以来,高校对大学生进行教育,较多地注重了政治、思想、品德等教育,却很少有人重视对大学生进行心理健康教育。本文通过对山西师大体育学院学生心理健康状况的调查分析,指出体院学生存在的心理不健康因素,为体育院校思想教育工作者开展心理健康教育提供了几点可行性建议。

| Abstract: | For a long time,the college students were only educated in politics,ideology and behaviour, and seldom educated in psychological health. After investigating and analysing the status quo of psychological health of students of Physical Education Institute of Shanxi Teachers University, this article will list the students'unhealthy psychological factors and provide some practical suggestions of psychological health education for educational workers. |
