芭拉舞对女大学生体质的影响

摘    要:芭拉舞是近年来流传较广的一种体育舞蹈,其健身价值的研究目前尚属空白。对从事芭拉舞练习的女大学生锻炼前后体质变化情况进行研究,发现芭拉舞练习有助于女大学生塑造完美形体:增强练习者呼吸、循环机能;增强练习者的身体素质。芭拉舞是一种多功能、高价值的体育舞蹈。

Abstract:Parla s a kind of sport dance which has become popular recently so far ,there has been no study of its values of health. We have studied the index changes on physique growth ,physiological functions and constitution of female college students before and after their practice of parla .It shows that parla practice is helpful for female college students to form a good figure, to enforce breath and encycle functions of practisers, to improve practisers constitutions parla is a multi-function,high valuable sport dance.
