| 摘 要： | “撒尔嗬”与体育舞蹈在主要特征与功能方面有许多共同之处:都是在音乐伴奏下的一种身体运动,种类众多、运动形式多样;有较高的艺术性、观赏性;具有悦心健身、交际娱乐之功能。所以,将“撒尔嗬”从一般舞蹈上升为体育舞蹈,并将它称之为土家族的体育舞蹈,更能准确反映其特征、功能与价值。进而从体育的健身、竞技、娱乐三个方面开发“撒尔嗬”舞蹈,具有广阔的前景与实用价值。

| Abstract: | Saerhe and athletic dance have much in common in their main characteristics and function.Both of them are physical activities accompanied with music;Both of them have many types and varied moving patterns;They both have high artistic,aesthetic and appreciative value.They can both boost spirit,build up body and provide gvod ways of entertainment and social communication.So raising the status of Saerhe from obscurity to a kind of standard athletic dance with features of Tujia nationality can reflect its characteristics, function and value more exactly.Developing saerhe dance in view of its value in building up body,sports competition and entertainment has broad prospect and practical value. |
