| 摘 要： | 体育活动中形成的共同合作、竞争、遵守规则的意识和行为，对于向学生进行思想品德教育。激发学生的竞争意识，培养他们勇于进取的创新精神，开发学生的智力和社会适应能力具有不可替代的作用。高校体育教学应适应时代的要求，把终身体育作为教学的一项中心任务，同时，进一步加强体育与化和教育相结合。

| Abstract: | The consciousness and behavior of co-operation, competition or obeying rules formed in PE activities have very important effect on education of students in thought and morality, stirring up students' consciousness of competition, developing their spirit of enterprising innovation or developing their intelligence and ability to adapt to the society. The PE teaching of higher school should meet the requirements of times, and regard the lifelong PE as its central task. At the same time, the higher school should also strengthen the combination of PE with culture and education. |
