| 摘 要： | 业务外包正成为竞争日趋激烈的世界商业发展的趋势之一。阐释业务外包的内涵，分析了业务外包对体育企业的作用，及我国体育企业实施业务外包经营的必要性和注意事项。提出：我国体育企业应顺应世界商业发展的潮流，积极推进品牌战略，实施名牌工程；加大技术投入力度，提高产品科技含量；转变经营理念，拓宽经营思路，提高创新能力，增强核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Outsourcing is becoming a tendency of the sharp competitive world business. The paper explains the meaning of the outsourcing, analyzes its functions for Chinese sport enterprises, and brings up; Chinese sport enterprises should adjust themselves to the tendency of the development of the world business, actively carry out the strategy of famous brand, increase the technique investment, improve the quality of products, change the principles of management, broaden the operating ways, raise creative ability, and enhance core competition ability. |
