| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对河南省6个地市的467位民办养老机构的入住老人进行调查,结果表明：河南省民办养老机构老年人的健身意识较强,但是缺乏足够的健身场地和健身指导人员;河南省民办养老机构老年人健身的频率高,持续时间长,但是运动强度却很弱;健身的动机多为增强身体抵御疾病的能力和减缓衰老、延年益寿。鉴于这种情况提出相应的对策与建议。
