| 摘 要： | 从提高高校公共体育课教学效果和构建良好校园体育文化出发,以高校公共体育教学和教学师资培养为研究对象,对高校公共体育教学师资的职业能力的构成进行了探讨,提出了提升体育师资职业能力的措施,为提高高校体育工作效果服务。
