长期高温预处理对机体运动能力和抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:给受试者一个月高温预处理,再进行一次递增负荷试验,检测机体血清中MDA和SOD的活性,探讨长期高温预处理对机体抗氧化能力的影响。结果:一个月高温预处理后与预处理前比较,安静时MDA含量显著减少(P〈0.05),SOD活性有上升趋势,但无显著性差异(P〉0.05);力竭运动后即刻,血清MDA含量显著减少(P〈0.01),SOD活性显著(P〈0.01);力竭运动后1h,MDA含量显著减少(P〈0.01),SOD活性显著升高(P〈0.01)。研究结果表明,长期高温预处理能提高机体抗氧化能力,对急性运动所致的机体氧化损伤具有一定的缓解作用。
