摘    要:教育大计教师为本,一定程度上说,教师的质量决定着教育的质量。目前体育院校教师存在着学缘结构、知识结构、学历结构不尽合理的现状,因此,建设一支可持续性发展的教师队伍已刻不容缓。体育院校教师从构成上可分为学科教师和术科教师。他们各具特点,因而在促进其持续发展及专业化进程中应有针对性地进行,应通过完善教师准入制度、教师培训制度以及发展性评价制度来引导体育院校教师的持续发展。

Abstract:A teacher is the fundamental of education,to some extent,the quality of the education relies on that of the teachers.At present,there are some problems of the teachers structure in the physical education colleges,such as,structure of graduation school,knowledge and educational background.So,its high time to construt and promote the teachers structure to be sustainable.The teachers in physical education colleges can be divided into general ones and special ones from the composition,who have different traits.Those traits should be consider in order to promote the sustainable development of teachers in physical education college,at the same time,improving the related institutions,such as,teachers admission,teachers training and developing assessment.
