| 摘 要： | 通过对55名女子水球运动员进行16PF测验，分析我国女子水球运动员的人格特征，结果显示：（1）我国女子水球运动员总体上表现为乐群外向、情绪稳定、自律严谨、敢做敢为、顺应合作，但是同时也表现出学识上的不足、责任心较差、感情用事且独立性较差。（2）我国女子水球运动员在乐群性A、聪慧性B、兴奋性F、敏感性I、实验性Q1、独立性Q2等个性因素上与全国女大学生常模存在显著性差异。（3）不同等级运动员的人格因素上存在差异。（4）不同位置运动员存在着显著差异。

| Abstract: | By using 16PF test to 55 women's water polo athletes,this articles analyzes the personality mentality characteristics of women's water polo athletes.The results shows:(1) women's water polo athletes have individual mental characteristics such as extroversion,conservative and so on;(2)Compared with the university female students,they have more differences on the factors of 16PF,such as A,B,F,I,Q1,Q2;(3)Different sports grade have differences in personality;(4) Different position have significant differences ... |
