| 摘 要： | 成人高校体育教师是成人教育的实施者,面对当今社会知识、信息、人才竞争的形势,成人高校体育教师参加继续教育对培养成人终身体育观念起着重要作用。提出体育教师参加继续教育的内容、举措和建议,其目的是全面提高成人院校体育教师的综合素质;为领导决策部门从理论上提供依据。
