| 摘 要： | 通过对2005年镇江市20-59岁的1863名成年人身体形态、机能和素质体质测定结果的分析,并与江苏省指标对比研究,结果表明:镇江市成年人体质状况略好于全省,但无显著差异;身体形态各指标除女子身高与全省相当外,其余均显著低于全省均值;身体机能心肺功能男子肺活量指标与全省相当外,女子显著低于全省,心血管机能男女均高于全省平均水平;身体素质中平衡能力男子显著高于全省,男女背力、女子仰卧起坐、女子闭眼单足立全省相当,其他各项指标均显著低于全省平均水平。并针对上述状况,提出相应建议。

| Abstract: | Through to 2005 the Zhenjiang 20-59 year-old 1,863 adults bodies shape, the function and the quality physique determination result analysis, as well as with the Jiangsu Province target contrast research, finally indicated that, Zhenjiang adult physique condition slightly good Yu Quansheng,But does not have the remarkable difference; The bodily shape various targets besides the female height and the entire province quite, other remarkably are lower than the entire province average value; The bodily function heart and lungs function man vital capacity target and the entire province quite outside, the female remarkably is lower than the entire province, the cardiovascular function men and women is higher than the entire province average level; In the physical quality balances the ability man remarkably to be higher than the entire province, the men and women carries the strength, the female sit-ups, the female closes one's eyes Shan Zuli the entire province quite, other each target remarkably is lower than the entire province average level. And aims at the above condition, puts forward the corresponding proposal. |
