| 摘 要： | 警察体育运动包含大量的技战术训练内容，运动损伤的类型特点与其他运动损伤差异较大。对其深入探讨有助于提高教学和训练的成效。从警察体育运动的项目特点分析出发，探索性讨论在警察体育教学和训练中运动损伤的一般性规律，提出运动损伤的具体预防机制，供广大警体教官参考。 |

| Abstract: | Physical education of policeman include a lot of tactics and technics,and its type of injuries is largly different with others. Carring the reaserch in this field will promote the teaching and training. The article prospective discuss the common regulation of injuries in physical education of policeman,and provide the prevention mechanisms for the teachers of policeman. |
