| 摘 要： | 针对大学生体育保健知识贫乏和健身锻炼的医务监督能力较差的现状,提出在普通高校开设体育保健教学的思路,旨在提高师生对自我医务监督的重视程度,从而促使学生进行科学的健身锻炼,为终身体育锻炼奠定基础。

| Abstract: | From viewing the present situation that university students are short of physical education health consciousness and have poor ability of medical supervision, the author raised the thought of opening physical education health teaching so that teachers and students can improve the ability of medical self-supervision,and it also can make the students take scientific exercises. Therefore a foundation for lifetime exercises can be laid. |
