| 摘 要： | 学校体育资源的社会共享是中国体育发展的重要命题,基于对高校体育资源与多种共享模式的分析,文中构想了高校体育俱乐部运营模式,并对组织机构的设置、人员的配备、各职能部门的职责等进行了比较详细的论述,同时也对运作中要注意的学校体育文化与社会体育文化的融合问题、环保问题以及学校体育教学与俱乐部的关系开展了相关的论述。
