| 摘 要： | 在现代社会中，休闲逐渐成为家庭健康生活方式不可缺少的内容，体育作为家庭成员重要的休闲方式之一，以它能够使人们获得许多独特的体验与需要而备受关注。因此，对家庭体育模式构成要素、环境及形成机制进行研究，对提高政府部门体育政策的宏观决策水平，加快家庭体育模式形成，引导城市居民健康生活方式养成都有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Modern society,leisure has become an important part of healthy lifestyle in family, Sports as the most important one of the casual manner has been attention by the family members. It enables people to access many of the unique experience with the need to have attracted much attention. As a result, it is of great significance on the sports policy of macro - level decision - making and speed up the formation of family sports model and guide for urban residents to develop a healthy lifestyle to study on family sports model elements, the environment and the formation mechanism. |
