| 摘 要： | 对我国设立体育产业投资基金的必要性，从有利于促进我国体育产业结构调整、加速体育产业主体迅速成长、有利于重新构建体育产业融资体系四个方面进行了系统的论述。在此基础上着重研究了我国体育产业投资基金的组建形式、募集方式、营运框架、投资原则等核心问题，力图探索和拓展出新的体育产业融资渠道。

| Abstract: | Set up the sports industry investment fund necessity to our country from is advantageous to promotes our country sports industry structure adjustment, the acceleration sports industry main body rapid growth, is advantageous to reconstructs the sports industry financing system four aspects does the system elaboration; Emphatically studied the sports industry investment fund in this foundation way, transport business frame, investment principle core question and so on sets up the form, collects, attempted to explore and to develop the new sports financing channel. |
