| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对晋西北23个贫困县83所中小学体育教师的数量、学历结构、年龄结构、职称及科研等方面进行了调查。结果表明:山西省西北贫困县中小学体育教师的数量基本达到了国家的要求;教师的学历也有所提高,但存在着局部配备不平衡、教师队伍年轻化、职称较低、科研能力薄弱的现象。建议贫困县各级领导根据各个学校具体情况调配体育教师布局;切实提高教师队伍的学历水平和科研水平,以促进晋西北贫困地区学校体育教育事业的发展。

| Abstract: | In our paper,the physical education teachers in 83 primary and middle schools,which are in the 23 poor counties of the northwest in Shanxi,were investigated by questionnaire survey on their quantities,educational backgrounds,ages,professional titles and scientific researches.It is indicated that the quantities of primary and middle school physical education teachers in poor counties of the northwest Jin had already reached the national requirement.The educational backgrounds of those teachers were improved,while the local distribution was unbalance.Moreover,this young group of physical education teachers was most junior professional titles and lack of the scientific research.Therefore,the leaders of every county should rearrange the distribution according to the specific condition and advance the educational backgrounds and scientific research of those teachers to promote the development of physical education in the poor counties of the northwest in Shanxi. |
