对2000年我国国民体质监测结果的反思

摘    要:2000年国民体质监测结果显示:我国国民40岁后身体机能呈下降趋势,青少年体质有所下降。主要原因是精神压力增加,身体活动时间减少,加上膳食结构不尽合理,休息睡眠不足,青少年学习负担过重等。倡导健康文明的生活方式,增强自我保健意识,重视并切实贯彻落实学校体育教育和健康教育的有关规定,抓好青少年儿童体格、体能、身体素质和心理等各发育敏感期的教育,从而有效增强青少年体质。中年人合理的膳食、适当的运动、戒烟限酒、保持心理平衡是增强体质、增进健康、延长健康寿命的重要保证。

Abstract:The result of our citizen's physical constitution in 2000 demonstrated that the forties' physical constitution, as same as the teenagers' , are getting decline for the reasons; improvement of the life level, increasing of mind tense, decreasing of the exercise time, unreasonable meal pattern, shortage of the sleep and the over loaded on the teenagers' study, and so on. In order to enhance the teenagers' physical constitution, it is useful to advocate the healthful and civilized life style, improve the consciousness of the health care at oneself, pay attention to and execute the rules of physical education and health education in school and do well the work on the children's constitution and mentality during the sensitive years. In addition, to improve the middle ages' constitution, enhance their health and prolong their life span. It is a important guarantee for the middle ages to have reasonable meal, proper exercises and to abstain from smoking and intemperance.
