| 摘 要： | 新型体育教学观的构建,冲破了传统观念的束缚,树立了“一切为了每一位学生的发展”的教学观念,体育教师要适应新课程改革的形势,就必须完成角色的转换。研究认为,体育教师作为课程实施的主体,必须具有较高的思想觉悟和职业道德水平,强化科学文化素质和自身素养的提高,从而出色的完成体育教学任务,保证新课程教学的顺利实施。

| Abstract: | The new athletics teaching view sets up,breaking through the notional tie in tradition,setting up the teaching idea of the "everything for the sake of each a development of student",athletics the teacher wants the course that adapt to the new situation reforms,must complete the conversion of the role.The research thinks,athletics teacher corpus that conduct and actions course puts into practice,must have the higher Understanding thought with the occupation morals level,enhance the science culture character,with the exaltation of the oneself cultivated manners,from but complete the athletics teaching mission outstandingly,guarantee the new course teaching to puts smoothly into practice. |
