| 摘 要： | 高等学校是培养面向21世纪人才的基地,高校体育是高校教育的重要组成部分,是培养高质量人才不可缺少的教育内容之一。一流的人才,必须有一流的教师,高素质的高校体育教师应该具有很高的思想素质和过硬的专业素质,实现这一目标的途径是提高教师的学历和领导的大力支持。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are the bases which train the talents towards the 21st century. Physical training in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education,and it is also one necessary part of educational content which trains the high quality talents. The first class talents need the first class teachers. The P. E. teachers with high quality should have very high ideological quality. To achieve the aim, the way is to raise the teachers' record of formal schooling, and get the leaders' support. |
