| 摘 要： | 提高课堂教学效率是高师体育专业教学中至关重要的因素之一。体育教学应该用最小的消耗，取得最大的效果，努力提高教学上的投入产出率，达到最优化的教学质量，应是体育教育课堂教学追求的终极目的。
