| 摘 要： | 对我国西北地区5省、自治区医务工作健身活动现状调研表明，西北地区医务工作对体育健身的价值有较强的认可态度，但健身行为却较弱，体育人口比例较低。造成上述原因的主要因素为：(1)工作条件差，任务大，没有时间。(2)神圣的职业使命，造成精神压力大。(3)体育健身场地设施严重匮乏。(4)体育活动组织管理和指导相对薄弱；健身项目主要选择广播操、羽毛球、乒乓球、太极拳和慢跑；锻炼形式以个人或同事结伴为主要特征。建议：重视医务工作的身体健康水平，充分发挥医院工会的作用，采取有效措施。排除影响医务工作健身行为的主客观因素，促使体育健身活动正常开展。

| Abstract: | By investigation into the situation of the physical exercises for medical staff in the Northwest of China. The main results are: the medical men of the Northwest agreed the value of the physical exercises,but a few of them did it. The main reasons that caused this situation are these, First, the conditions of the work are very bad, the work was very strong and it took too much time. Second, the professional mission made them have strong spirit pressure. Third, due to lack of the sports facilities of the physical exercises there.Fourth, due to lack of better the management and right direction of the physical activity. The main sports are :broadcast exercises ,badminton, shadowboxing , table tennis and slow running . They often did these exercise by themselves or play it with others .The suggestions: (1) Pay much attention to the healthy level of the medical personnel . (2) Develop the function of the committee of the hospital adequately . (3) Take the effective measures , eliminate the subject and object factors' effect on the behavior of the physical exercises for medical personnel, and advance the normal development of physical exercises. |
