| 摘 要： | 从社会学、文化学视角探讨休闲时代我国体育文化的构建。休闲时代构建先进的体育文化是社会进步的标志,也是社会培养人、塑造人、丰富人们的精神内涵、为文明和谐社会服务的需要。提出:休闲时代体育文化的构建一是要改变思想观念,加强理论建设;二是要加强休闲体育文化教育、普及休闲体育科学知识;三是推进休闲体育文化多样化、个性化发展。

| Abstract: | From sociological and cultural sight point,the author discussed the "fallow times" physical culture construction in our nation.It is a sign of social development for the fallow times constructing advanced physical culture.It is also the spiritual connotation of cultivating,riching,moulding people,as well as the need of civilization and harmonious service,put out: construct the fallow times physical culture we must:(1)change the modes of thought;enhance the theoritical construction;(2)enhance the fallow times cultural education,spread the fallow times cultural and scientific knowledge among the people.(3)put forward the development of individual and diversified fallow times culture. |
