| 摘 要： | 以乌江流域的20个区、市县作为研究对象，通过对乌江流域农村群众体育进行多维调查．客观认识分析乌江流域农村体育现状。乌江流域参与体育锻炼人员少，锻炼人群结构分布主要集中于青少年；锻炼人群的活动时间较少、场所不固定、活动方式多样；体育认知水平较低；体育消费能力不高：体育服务水平低；机构组织不完善；体育文化建设落后。提出应大力发展农村经济发展，扩大农村群众体育参与意识与能力；应着眼农村下一代；加强体育硬件与软件建设，充分发挥旅游优势带动乡村体育发展，大力挖掘民间民族乡土体育。

| Abstract: | Investigating and analyzing in many ways on rural mass sports of the Wu river basin, the author discovers that few people participate in physical exercise, structure of training people is mainly centralized on teen - agers, exercise time of people participating in physical training is short, the space is unfixed and the ways are varied, cognitive level of physical exercise is relatively low, consumer standard of physical exercise is not high, service level of physical exercise is low, organizations are not perfect, and the construction of physical exercise culture is backward. Based on these, the author proposes that developing rural economy energetically and deepening rural people＇s participation understanding and ability of physical exercise, focusing the key points of development on next generation of rural areas, strengthening hardware and software construction of physical exercise, giving full play to tourism superiority to promote rural physical exercise development and discovering rural folk physical exercise vigorously to promote harmonious, healthy and sustainable development of rural mass physical exercise of the Wu river basin. |
