| 摘 要： | 多年来，运动损伤一直困扰着足球运动员教学、训练和比赛的正常进行。根据这一情况，本将对影响足球运动员损伤的物理因素及心理因素两方面进行分析与研究，有针对性地提出减少物理因素和心理因素造成运动员损伤的有效措施，从而为提高我国足球运动水平提供可参考的理论依据。
