| 摘 要： | 一个篮球队的成绩靠平时全队的作战能力。因此,在比赛中良好的后卫组织是非常必要的,这意味着后卫组织的作用相当特殊。但一个有能力能担当此任的后卫需要从不同的几方面训练。本文作者对训练后卫组织提出自己的观点和培养方法。

| Abstract: | Achieve ment of a basketball team depends on the common fighting capacity of the whole team. So a good gard - organizer of the team in atacking is necessary. It is mean that the role of organizer is especially important. But a competent organizer need to be trained in some different aspects.This article gives author's own opinion on how to train the guard organizer. |
