| 摘 要： | 体育院系担负着为我国培养高水平体育人才的重任,术科教师的工作特点和基本素质,直接决定着培养人才的质量。本文从体育哲学、体育人才学、体育伦理学、教师心理训练的角度,着重探讨术科教师的工作特点、基本素质和培养高水平体育人才的关系,为术科教师提高自身基本素质提供方向。

| Abstract: | P. E. department and P. E. institute are responsible for training high technical P. E. sportsmen, so the work characteristics and basic qualifications of non - theory teachers decide straightly the quality of sportsman. From the point of P. E. philosophy, the science of P. E. personal training, P. E. ethics and the psychological training of teachers, The essay puts emphasis on the work characteristics and basic qualification of non - theory teachers influence the training of high technical P. E. sportsmen, and gives quidince for the non -theory teachers to improve their basic qualification. |
