摘    要:素质教育模式有宏观模式和微观模式两种。宏观模式是一种政府行为,实质在于政策的界定和实施;微观模式是针对学生群体和个体特征,以人为本,强调发展,培养能力,注重教育的可行性和可操作性。宏观模式和微观模式并举,竞技体校就越办越活,路子就越走越宽。

Abstract:There are micro - pattern and macro - pattern in quality education. The macro-pattern is the actions from government,centering on the policies and their application. The micro-pattern is mainly for groups of students or a single student. It is based on students to make progress and improve their abilities,concerning the possibility and application of education. The more both of patterns are put into use,the more active the school is and the broader road it will be led to.
