| 摘 要： | 铅球教学是高校田径教学中的重要项目之一,运用逐步回归和正交设计等研究方法,对普通高校男生铅球教学进行改革实验。通过实验我们发现对铅球量化教学进行探讨,是进行教学改革的一个重要方面,对于提高教学质量,全面提高学生的身体素质和运动成绩,对学生进行综合评定都具有积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | This article,by means of gradual backing and standard designing,carries out the experiments and the reforms on shot teaching to male students in colleges. By the experiments,we find shot quantitative teaching is an important aspect in the teaching reform. It will improve the teaching quality and the students' body qualities and sports results. It has an active promoting act in comprehensively evaluating the students. |
