| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法对少数民族体育法规进行研究，发现当前少数民族体育法规建设中有关少数民族体育法规太少；地方性体育立法忽视了少数民族体育自身的内容；少数民族体育法规的宣传教育还不够深入、广泛等问题。根据具体情况提出了加强少数民族地区的体育立法建设，立足于民族地区实际，细化地区少数民族体育法规，加强少数民族体育法规宣传等对策，以进一步完善我国少数民族体育法规建设。
