| 摘 要： | 根据2 072名大学生的问卷调查数据,对比分析了男女大学生的体育行为和参与选择。结果表明：（1）与男大学生相比,女生每次锻炼的时间短、强度小、频率低。（2）男女大学生对体育锻炼的兴趣都不高;男女大学生对体育锻炼的兴趣偏好存在显著性差异,男生的体育锻炼的兴趣要高于女生;在活动选择方面也存在显著性性别差异,在选择休闲方式时,男生比女生更容易选择体育锻炼。（3）通过改善体育教师的性别结构,加强女生体育师资力量,提高教师的性别公正意识;改革现有体育课程内容,探索适合女生的教学方式;加强场地、场馆建设,加大投入;加强对女生体育锻炼重要性的认识教育,改革评价体系和考核办法。
