| 摘 要： | 我国普通高校体育管理工作长期处在传统经验的基础上,不仅缺少科学的管理理论为指导,而且,也未能采用先进的管理方法.导致了学校体育管理工作影响学校体育教育目标实施的滞后现象发生.以系统科学为指导,分析目前我国普通高校体育管理面临的问题及产生的原因,并有针对性的提出改革对策,有利于促进普通高校体育管理系统不断完善和发展.

| Abstract: | Our ordinary high school P. E. management work based on the troditional experience for long time. It is not only lack of scientific management theory,but not use the advanced method. All of these held up the backwardness of school management and goal implementation. This paper analysed the faced problem and produced reason in ordinary high school,and put forward the reform measure to improve and correct the high school management system. |
