体育运动中疲劳产生机制的研究进展

摘    要:从运动生理学、运动生物化学的角度综述近年来有关中枢疲劳和外周疲劳的理论与实验研究的新进展。有关中枢性疲劳,着重介绍r-氨基丁酸、多巴胺、5-羟色胺等中枢神经递质与疲劳的关系及机制。有关外周疲劳机制,分别介绍神经肌肉接头至骨骼肌收缩蛋白等发生疲劳的部位。着重介绍疲劳的突变理论(catastrophe theory)即神经激素免疫调控系统。这些研究表明疲劳产生机制的生理生化研究水平已进入亚细胞水平与分子水平。

Abstract:The article states generally the new theoretical and experimental progress of central and peripheral muscle fatigue from the aspect of Sports Physiology and Sports Biochemistry.As far as central fatigue is concerned,the relation and mechanism were emphasized between the central neurotransmitters and exercise fatigue.The central neurotransmitters refered to r-amino-butyric acid and dopamine and 5-hydroxytry ptarmine etc.In reference to mechanisms of peripheral muscle fatigue,the possible parts in which fatigue may happen were introduced respectively from the neuromuscular junction to the contractile protein of skeletal muscle.The catastrophe theory of fatigue which was called immunity-control system of nerve hormone was focused on.These research results showed that Physiology and Biochemistry Studies on the making mechanism of sports fatigue have been on the sub-cellular and molecular levels.
