| 摘 要： | 对我国大、中、小学现行的教学大纲和传统教学模式以及新课程体系进行了对比分析之后认为，改变教学观念、创新教学模式、完善教学大纲势在必行，改革和发展学校体育与健康课程体系．注重学生健康意识和能力的培养是现代教育和素质教育发展对我们提出的新要求。

| Abstract: | After making a contrast analysis on the new course system with the traditional teaching pattern and the teaching program in force in university, middle school and primary school, this paper concluded that it is imperative to change teaching sense, innovate in teaching model and perfect teaching program. It is the new demands putt forward by the modern education and the quality-oriented education to us to improve the school course system of PE and Health and to pay great attention to cultivate student's healthy idea and ability. |
