| 摘 要： | 跑步活动能否在学校持续地开展下去,是学校体育既关注又困惑的问题。透过警察院校公安大学生跑步教育的实践与探索,提出学校长跑活动应以体育课与课外活动为载体,课内教学与课外锻炼＂并重＂;健身长跑的练习形式是多元、开放的,是师生双方共同参与的过程,具有较强的规定性、计划性和目标指向;在我国推行＂全民健身活动＂的背景下,立足于学校和学生实际的跑步活动,对推动并实现学校体育教育、健康教育、健身锻炼的目标有重要意义。

| Abstract: | College personnel management must be integrated with the actual appointment of teacher posts. Judging from the current status team of college PE teachers, this article analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies, addresses different stages of negative career development of PE teachers with the management theory in my career. To promote career planning of teachers,to achieve the consistency between goals of school development and objectives of individual teachers, in order to improve the quality of university personnel and to achieve sustainable development of teachers. |
