| 摘 要： | 通过阐释心肌桥的形态结构和运动员心脏的特点,分析了心肌桥可能引起急性冠脉综合症、严重的心律失常甚至猝死。尤其是在运动情况下,心肌缺氧缺血等情况会较为明显。而心律失常在长期从事严格运动训练的运动员中时有发生。研究认为,在运动员选材中应将心肌桥的检查作为一项重要指标,对运动员选材的成功率有一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | Coronary myocardial bridge is refers to artery or branch of coronary artery walking in myocardial fibers,this portion of myocardial fibers called myocardial bridge,covering in coronary myocardial bridge section called the mural coronary artery. For a long time,myocardial bridge is regarded as a kind of congenital benign abnormality,with the development of inspection techniques,a lot of research report points out that the myocardial bridge may cause acute coronary syndrome,severe arrhythmia,even sudden death. Especially under the condition of movement,myocardial hypoxia ischemia will be more obvious. And arrhythmia often happens in long engaged in the strict training of athletes. In this essay,on the base of reading literature,through the interpretation of the myocardial bridge morphological structure and hemodynamic characteristics,and the characteristic of the athletes heart,think that the selection of the athletes should check the myocardial bridge,in order to provide the assist for athletes selecting. |
