| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，在综述国外青少年足球运动员培养模式的基础上，结合中国的国情，通过逻辑分析得出结论：“后备人才试点学校”是“体教结合”的最佳载体，2008年奥运会后，应尽快建立健全以足球后备人才试点学校为主体，以职业俱乐部青少年足球梯队、足球学校、业余俱乐部、业余体校、竞技体院为补充的多种培养渠道共存的多元化足球后备人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | By using methods of literature review and logical analysis, on the foundation of the summary for soccer adolescents cultivation pattern of overseas ,proposed that the talent prior school is the best carriers for the combination of training and teaching, it is necessary and urgent to found a pattern after 2008, in which the talent prior school is the main ,along with professional club ,soccer school, extra-curricular club , spare time physical school, sports college etc. |
