| 摘 要： | 针对陕西省农村初中学校体育教师现状,运用文献资料调研法、问卷调查法、系统分析法、数理统计法等方法对陕西农村初中体育师资队伍的配备情况、性别比例、年龄结构、教龄结构、学历结构、职称结构和体育教师的能力现状等进行了系统科学地调查与分析,并针对现状提出发展对策。

| Abstract: | The sports teacher is organizer and the instruction of promoting the student healthy in mind and body development,is the dissemination and the development of the sports scientific knowledge and the science exercise body method,The high ability sports teacher has the vital role to student healthy in mind and body development.The passage,using documents investigation and research method,questionnaire method,systematic analysis method and mathematics and physics statistics method and such method,investigated and analyses the situation of the junior middle school P.E teaching's quantity equipment,sex of percentage,age composition,the age of teaching,the academic background composition,a professional post composition,and the capability;And an aim at the present situation proposes the development countermeasure. |
