| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后，将促进体育产业化进程，加速体育产业的进一步社会化，体育产业面临双重挑战，一是外资大量的进入将使国内市场份额相对减少；二是国内体育企业还难以大规模进入国际市场。由于产业制度的滞后，法规的不健全等一系列问题制约着国内企业的发展和竞争力。政府应制定和完善体育产业政策，建立和健全与国际规则接轨的体育市场法律和法规，加大对体育产业的扶植力度，加快体育企业体制的改革，提高体育产品的科技含量，充分利用WTO规则发展和提高我国体育企业在国际上的竞争力。

| Abstract: | Chines sports industry will be got further step to industrialized and socialized after being entertained WTO. Sports industry face double challenges. First, the market of country portions will be reduced when large foreign capital had got into our country. Second. it is difficult for internal sports enterprise to enter international market on large-scale. It will restrict development and competition of our enterprise because of industry system delayed, law and regulation are not perfected; and other series of problem. The government should formulate and perfect sports industry policy, set up and strengthen sports market law and regulation that up with international rule. The assistance extent of sports industry should be enlarged, and the reform of business system should be speeded up; improve science and technology content of sports product should be improved, while, developing and improving international competition level of our business by using WTO rule. |
