| 摘 要： | 采用献资料法和逻辑分析方法，探讨了在全面建设小康社会目标下高校体育所应承担的新使命，较为系统地提出了全面建设小康社会的高校体育对策建议：创建高校体育俱乐部；为构建全民健身体系而奋斗；构建“民族的科学的大众的社会主义化”的学校体育化体系；与时俱进，开拓创新；对“城镇化的新市民”进行体育补习教育；向继续教育领域发展，为成人教育开设体育课堂。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the new missions of college physical education in the setting of aiming at constructing a comprehensive comfortable society .By the means of researching on relative literatures and materials and analyzing them in a logical way ,the paper proposes systematically some strategies for college physical education:to set up sports clubs at college, to found the system of "mass participation in sports", to initiate a national and scientific college physical culture system with the features of socialistic culture and mass participation , to advance the PE with the times and make it pioneering and creative , to offer remedial physical education to those new citizens who live in new cities developed from small town or village, to expand the physical culture to the field of adult education and open PE class for adult students. |
