| 摘 要： | 影响健美操运动员表现力的因素包括气质与性格专项素质与动作规格、舞蹈、音乐和兴趣,这些因素对运动员先天的表现意识形成、各类动作完成质量的提高、动作表演内涵的丰富、表现情绪的激发及艺术修养的提高都有着不同程度的影响,并最终影响运动员的表现力水平。

| Abstract: | The factors which affect the performance of callisthenic athletes include temperament and character, quality of special subject and standards of movements, dance, music and interest. To some extent, they affect the formation of athlete's congenital expression sense, the quality enhance of completing all kinds of movements, the richness of movements content, the stimulation of expression mood and art accomplishment, thus, infcunce the athlete s standard of performance. |
