| 摘 要： | 交谊舞与拉丁舞都是当今风靡全球的体育运动项目,有着很高的艺术性、观赏性和参与性。我们对交谊舞与拉丁舞的锻炼价值比较分析表明:虽然交谊舞与拉丁舞的艺术风格、技术特点和运动强度不同,但是它们均对人体有着良好的锻炼效果,体现出很高的锻炼价值,具有重要的存在价值。
